I had a very disappointing experience at this salon, especially with the manager, Zoya, who was extremely unprofessional.

I booked a hair oil treatment with wash and blow dry, but the oil was still left in my hair after the wash. When I asked for it to be rinsed again, Zoya casually said that “it usually takes three washes” and that “humaray paas esay hi hota hai.” This has never happened to me even at home.The haircut itself was fine, but throughout the process I was constantly nagged about my hair fall and dandruff — both of which are medical issues I’m already receiving treatment for. It felt insensitive and unnecessary.

The mani-pedi was the worst part. I paid over 4000 for the service, yet my nails weren’t even filed properly, and the nail polish was applied so poorly it looked messy.

Overall, the service was unprofessional, careless, and not worth the money at all. Zoya, in particular, lacked basic manners and customer care. Definitely not coming back.

I had most terrible experience at Iram Khan Salon and Academy Islamabad branch (G10) . I paid 400,000 Rupees for a makeup and hairstyle course, but the instructor, Mariam (Iram’s daughter), was rude and unprofessional.

She did not have basic makeup skills and didn’t teach me anything .

The owner (Iram) also lacks basic manners and has a habit of insulting others. The overall experience was unbearable, and I wouldn’t recommend this salon or academy for any service or course. My money was wasted, and I’d advise others to avoid it. This parlour does not even deserve a single star

PATHETIC! Got a layered hair cut (so called though) and it turned out to be like this! Is this what layers look like??! The woman totally ruined the cut. Had to go somewhere else for correction and lost much of the length because of it.

It’s so shameless that you guys let an inexperienced person experiment on someone’s hair instead of putting experienced people forward. And you have the audacity to charge so much!

I have always given you 5 but this time I’m disappointed. I have been coming to your salon regularly for services and have even gotten waxing done here before. I have always been satisfied with your services and I am your regular client. But this time the service was extremely disappointing. The girl you recommended for my full body waxing either wasn’t interested in doing it, didn’t know how to do it properly or was simply in a hurry, I honestly don’t know. I have gotten waxing done at your salon before and also at some of the best salons in Islamabad but I have never seen such laziness during a waxing service. I had to repeatedly tell her which areas she was leaving out and even then she kept missing spots. It felt like she just wanted to get done with it quickly, without actually completing the job. Please don’t assign someone like her to waxing again especially for your regular clients. She may be good at hairstyles but waxing is clearly not her area. I paid for a full body waxing but she didn’t do a proper job at all.

I had a very disappointing experience at Fab Salon. They keep original branded bottles on display, but inside they are refilling them with copied/duplicate products. I personally witnessed this practice in front of my own eyes. It is completely unethical and misleading for customers who are paying high prices expecting original products.

This is a shameless act of dishonesty — earning money by cheating people with fake products. Such practices are not only unprofessional but also haram. I think many people never noticed it, but unfortunately I saw it myself. Customers deserve transparency and original products for the prices they pay.

Had my hair keratin done for hefty 30k, keratox ki cost le k. Products testing model bna dia (jin ka treatment free hota testing k chkr main), jo products ka sample denay ai thien, new product apply kr k, saray staff ko meray sir pe khara kr k, she left waves in my hair. I donthave curly hair, they are wavy in nature. Upon my complaint they had done a second keratin in a week, and destroyed my hair further. For a consolation prize the owner handed me a shampoo bottle free justifying the cost (jo mujhe suit nhi kia). I never intended to go again and my hair have never been the same even after a year. I had received zero professionalism and clientele.

I recently visited Emkaez for the first time after seeing it on Instagram and getting a recommendation from a friend. I had my HydraFacial done by Urooj, and she did an amazing job! She was so humble and really knew her stuff. I also had a mani-pedi done by Maria, who was incredibly nice and made sure to ask about my comfort and preferences throughout the process. Overall, I had the best experience! They offer the most affordable prices, have an amazing staff, and maintain excellent hygiene standards. All the tools were sterilized, which made me feel really safe. It’s definitely a must-visit place!

I had my keratin done . They said it’s 2.5 hours treatment which took 7 hours to complete . They were using the same old towel for everyone . Very slow and tiring service. I have terrible hair fall after it . Got bald literally. And the hair cut was terrible . Plus they don’t reply now once they have done the damage .im using the shampoos and hair mask they told but the hair fall is so bad such a nightmare .

I heard some very good reviews about Maheens and was very impressed by their hair cut. Today, my sister and I went there for hair cut by senior artist ( not so senior), they literally didn’t know what they were doing. No professionalism, its just the main counter lady was strict and was trying her best to implement rules. Two different ladies did ours haircut, the one who was doing for me (Muqaddus) didnt even ask me at the end whether im satisfied or not. Her behavior at the end shown how tired she was (I have got heavy hair), and was so bad at styling, she didnt how to cut curtain bangs the other one (Sidra) for my sister was a bit professional and kept on asking my sister what she wants but at the end she couldnt do styling cuz she thought her hair are frizzy!!! But, in reality, she didn;t know how to do her styling. We invested 2k each on these hair cut, they’re not even close to brands like Faiza’s and House of Salons or Maha Khalid. Please, don’t waste your money if you are looking for a extraordinary hair cut, They are just ordinary, may work better for people who have straight hair. AC were not working, they used burnt straightener, I could literally smell the plates which were black partially. As per her this is acha wala straightener. I’ll not recommend this and please don’t trust the reviews, they could be wrong I guess
