Arrival outside the allocated window. None of the cleaning team could speak a single word of English. No communication between booking team and cleaning team.

Booked a clean for a furnished apartment – they did not clean and left. I received an apology phone call but the apartment was not cleaned.

Booked because of the great reviews but ultimately a complete waste of time and would not recommend.

Received a follow-up phone call from a lovely customer service person trying to re-book – which was a nice gesture but a day wasted and service not provided all the same.

They gave a certain quote, then sent someone (who arrived later than promised) to “inspect” so they can revise the equipment needed. They ended up raising the price significantly and also changed the agreed upon date on their own whim. We made arrangements and changed some plans to make sure to accommodate the scheduled appointment and arrive the night before, only for them to notify us (on our way back) that they have double booked us and actually they are coming Friday.

Also, I would like to add that there was 0 confirmation from their end we had to call and chase them for any information. Zero communication.

Ridiculous company with staff that like to play victim to boot!

The cleaners arrived on time and were polite. They mentioned the job would take 3–4 hours but finished in just 2.5 hours. While some areas were cleaned well, overall the service felt rushed and lacked attention to detail.

The bedroom, living room, and bathroom were generally fine, but a few parts of the bedroom cabinet still had dust, and the bathroom floor could have been cleaned more thoroughly. The checklist also mentioned the inside of the windows would be cleaned, but they were still dusty — we noticed this after the team had left.

We were especially disappointed with the kitchen. While the fridge, oven, and dishwasher were done, one of the drawers was completely untouched, and both the extractor and kitchen walls were greasy. When we asked about the walls, the cleaners said they wouldn’t clean them due to chipping paint. However, my wife and I later cleaned the stains easily using just water and a cloth. Unfortunately, we only noticed the dirty extractor after they had gone.

Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and not up to the standard we expected. I hope this feedback helps improve future service.

We paid over 300 quid in good faith for nothing, expected a good service because of all the fabulous reviews – ended up having to clean our new flat ourselves on the day we moved in.. I booked a deep cleaning service as a spring cleaning to get my apartment thoroughly cleaned. Before the cleaning, I went over everything with the supervisor to ensure our expectations were clear. Unfortunately, a large part of what we discussed was simply not done.

The kitchen was not properly cleaned, the floors were only dusted and not thoroughly mopped, the windows were still dirty, and even the bathrooms were not as clean as expected. I had hoped for a higher standard, especially for a deep clean, so I am quite disappointed.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this service.

I had a very bad experience with these cleaners. Firstly, they arrived 5 hours late for an end of tenancy cleaning. Our landlord ended up deducting cleaning charges from our deposit because it was so poorly cleaned. I paid £260 to M&A for cleaning services and had an additional £350 deducted from my deposit just for the cleaning. Even though we provided the landlord with a receipt that we had the place professionally cleaned, they still didn’t believe it because this company did such a poor job. We contacted M & A Cleaning Services about this and they said they refuse to accept responsibility.

I am utterly baffled at how this company has nothing but 5 star reviews. The service is highly unprofessional and is just regular cleaning, it is not professional end of tenancy cleaning. My bad experience included one of the ladies spitting in the kitchen sink and rolling up cigarettes in my kitchen just minutes after arriving. When I called to speak to the company about this I was told that spitting in the sink wasn’t an issue because it would be cleaned anyway. After one bedroom had supposedly been cleaned, I walked in to find plenty of dirt and marks in the corner of the room that I had to asked to be cleaned again which was met with abject rudeness. As it got to the point where I no longer felt comfortable in my own property I asked the ladies to leave the property half way through the job. No doubt the company will have responses to the above to suggest there was no issue but I can assure you that this is a company to be avoided.

Unprofessional company – Booked an end-of-tenancy clean for a two-bedroom flat, giving them ample time to do a standard end of tenancy clean. Property was in good condition as tenants got their deposit back in full, the service was far below expectations.

On the scheduled day, only one cleaner arrived with a backpack. After about four hours, I asked them to call me for the inspection and left keys behind in case I couldn’t return. After two more hours of silence, my calls went straight to voicemail—absolutely no customer service response whatsoever.Later that evening, I received a text stating the cleaner had left because their battery had died. With new tenants due to move in the next day and no one available from Buzyy Bee, I had to scramble and hire another company to complete the bathroom and kitchen via steam clean as still left dirty.

A week later, they texted to say they were “on their way back from Gatwick” and a refund would be issued, but despite several follow-up messages, no refund ever arrived. Reading other one-star reviews now, I realise my experience wasn’t an isolated incident—they appear to offer a domestic-level service rather than a professional end-of-tenancy clean.Not honourable.

The company sound good on paper but the cleaners are in professional and do not clean if you are not watching most have only cleaned one house. I do not recommend this company if you want your house to look like it’s been cleaned. They will keep changing the day cleaners come and it’s a new cleaner that will come every week.
