Just got my haircut from Giulia and I couldn’t be happier! She’s incredibly skilled with both scissors and machines, and you can really tell she takes pride in her work. Giuly was super attentive and patient throughout the whole process, making sure every detail was right and that I looked my absolute best before leaving the shop. On top of that, she’s warm, welcoming, and truly passionate about what she does. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for top-tier service and a great overall experience!

Amber is the best. Easily the best haircuts I’ve ever had and always consistent (my brother goes to her too and says the same). I’ve been to stylists all over the world and none even come close to the level of detail and consistency she delivers. She’s mastered her craft. I showed her two pictures of a style I wanted and she matched it perfectly, strand for strand . The cut also grows out really well, so there’s never that awkward stage in between. On top of that she’s an awesome person, makes you feel comfortable, and actually listens to what you want. Couldn’t recommend her enough.

Came to give this place a go due to its good reviews. But oh my I was wrong! I got cut by Jesus. I was specific with the what I wanted yet this guy kept insisting I “change my style” and get something new to which I should’ve promptly left there and then. Secondly he offered to wash my hair. I didn’t know leaning a person forward and water boarding them was a how they do it, an exaggeration, however I couldn’t not breathe nor could I see throughout the whole process. It seems they have a specific customer base that go for a specific style. Definitely do not go here for scissor work. I don’t know what kind of substances this guy was on since he was so giddy about a terrible haircut. Waste of £50!

It was supposed to be just at trim. I requested to clean my sides and leave my top, a lower taper fade, allowing just a slight trim if needed. I mentioned that I have gotten a perm as well. However it didn’t seem he knew what he was doing, and so he kept cutting and cutting, eventually it have gotten to close to the top. I loss majority of my perm that I had gotten a week prior, and the shapes my past barbers have set for me has been messed up. I did not wanted to write about this and have been waiting for two weeks but it has been truly a pain adjusting. The hair I had grown out for some time, now feels like a military cut. In general the workers are polite and nice, but the haircut was not worth it here.

I walked into Mehmet’s beautiful barber shop by chance. I was badly in need of a beard trim. From the moment I sat down I knew I was being looked after by a total master of his craft. The service was impeccable and the beard trim came with a full service which included a lovely hair wash and superb ear flaming amongst other things. Easily the best beard trim and service I’ve had in London. A Five Star establishment and Mehmet is a total professional and gentleman.

Done my buzz cut here before. Very reluctant about me being a woman getting a clipper cut. Straight up rejecting my appointment when I showed up at this place today. I’ve been to many barbershops, but none can match the sexism I experienced at this place. Can’t be believe this is 2025.
Update: the owner of this place has tracked my number through the appointment info and harassed me.
Nothing can justify this sexist & creepy behaviour in 2025, especially in London.
You must understand you can be sued. This honest review from a customer who didn’t get the service they booked for, is a minor worry for you.

Stepping into The Humble Barber, I was greeted warmly by the whole staff. They were all smiling and welcoming, and it immediately felt very personal and intimate.Unfortunately, after that the quality of my experience went down steadily. I had scheduled a hot towel shave, and was seated right on time. My barber spent the first few minutes looking around for supplies, and his colleagues began offering instructions and reminders about the service – this was a little unsettling, but I figured he was just new to the barber shop.However, once the shave experience began, I could immediately tell it was not my barber’s expertise.
I had mentioned to him that my neck area is sensitive, but I received no special treatment or attention in that area. He didn’t hold my skin taut and the shaving was rushed – I got razor burns as a result. At the end, my barber asked to use a mechanical shaver – I figured he was talking about trimming my sideburn area. I agreed, but then he began roughly shaving around my neck area after it had already been irritated. This is a huge shaving faux-pas, since electronic shavers can irritate skin quickly.
While I do believe my particular barber was new to giving hot towel shaves, I don’t think there’s an excuse for this level of quality. If he had mentioned that he’s starting out and is still learning, I would have been more accommodating.

Just got haircut while on holiday. Ebbo ( hope I spelled it right) gave me full service. Skin fade, beard trim and lining, wash and cleaned up my ears. Best service I’ve had anywhere I have gone. Hopefully they can replicate this when I get back to the suburbs of Philadelphia.

Be careful, you ask for a haircut and they offer you to do your eyebrows and trim your beard. In the end they charge you £52 for basically a hair cut… not coming back!

The Barbour didn’t listen to what I wanted, he started cutting of way more than I asked for then he turned me around to face the wall and said ‘I’m giving you a new hair style’ whilst I couldn’t see in the mirror to check for the rest of my haircut!
I will never return there and wouldn’t recommend unless you want a surprise haircut.
Nice clean environment, friendly staff, I’m just annoyed they didn’t listen.

There is a man called brwa he is not professional and he is very aggressive to his customers I brought my two children he ruined there hair and make a bold patch on there hair I told him to fix it but he was getting very aggressive to me and another customer.
And when ever you go to cut your hair he all ways pressures you to give him a 5 star

I arrived 5 minutes early (as usual) for a 45 minute appointment. After waiting nearly 10 minutes after the due start time and still observing the barber with the previous client I left the premises. It is unfair to expect the paying customer to wait beyond the appointment start time.

Not only did I get one of the best haircuts in my life, he recommended a a bit of hair color and cover some of the grey. Something that I always wanted to try. Horrendous, once the damage is done there is nothing left to say but just walk out.
Don’t have time to tell them it was a very poor cut what’s done is done. But the barber did not even understand English so when I told him to cut half an inch he didn’t understand and cut a lot more.
