Shaqir was recommended to me by a friend some years ago. I was having issues with a boiler I had inherited and other plumbers were unable to identify the problem. However, Shaqir is extremely knowledgeable and was able to get to the bottom of the problem; he had the old boiler working like new! Suffice to say I continued to use Shaqir and his company for the annual inspections.
Alas it was finally time for a replacement boiler. I called Shaqir and he gave me a competitive quote. His team (Edison and Bili) arrived on time and mirroring Shaqir, they were knowledgeable, courteous and friendly.
The very first thing Edison and Bili did was make sure that all the areas that they would be working in were professionally covered with a polythene film. Please note, not all companies do this e.g. British Gas.
They then went about the business of replacing the old boiler with the new one. Edison and Bili worked throughout the day, without taking a break, to have the install completed; they went to great lengths to perfectly replace the boiler. Finally, they cleaned up any mess made and left my home as they had met it.

Zunedh came to service my boiler. There was a ruptured part of the boiler which needed replacing. Zunedh picked up the part, returned, fixed the boiler and bled all my radiators all in one morning. He was friendly and polite all the way through the service. I was very happy – 4 stars. I would have given him 5 stars but there was a bit of mess left in the sink when he left.

Update: the boiler has now been condemned by Worchester Gas engineers for the third time. This time as a silver wood screw was used on the collar of the flue instead of the fixing provided causing a slow leak as the inner flue was pierced.
We worked Sean and have had nothing but issues with the boiler which they will now no longer service. I know this is different to everyone else’s experience and l chose them based on the reviews below as they seemed like a very good local option but for us it has been very disappointing. Hopefully we were just the exception to the rule but l wouldn’t work with them again. The Engineer from Bosch said he has never seen anything like it.

I am extremely disappointed with the service from London Heating. Nice people, but after servicing my boiler, which had been problem free and less than 5 years old, it started randomly switching off. We paid over £1,000 to ‘fix’ it. This did not work. They convinced us to pay again to reverse whatever they did and guess what? Still not working. I would recommend looking elsewhere for a reliable heating engineer.

Sean did a great job Installing a Worcester Bosch boiler 4000 last week in our flat. He took a holistic serious approach to the whole system, and has upgraded all the pipework to make it much more energy efficient. The settings of the boiler, and temperature control can be monitored with an app. Sean took time to explain how all this worked. He really went the extra mile for us and I highly recommend him.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Mohammad from London Heating Expert during a plumbing emergency, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. After a series of disappointments with other plumbers not showing up, Mohammad came to the rescue promptly and with professionalism.
He handled the transfer of our water tanks out to the scaffolding seamlessly, showcasing both his expertise and efficiency. Once our loft conversion was completed, he expertly installed a new MegaFlow system to replace our outdated water system, which originally consisted of three water tanks. The difference is night and day!
Mohammad’s work didn’t stop there; he also replaced the old pipework running from the mains to the loft, ensuring everything was optimally connected for the new system. Additionally, he took the time to check our boiler, providing extra peace of mind that everything was functioning as it should.

Mo from London Boiler is my go to for any emergency in my home. He’s reliable and always responds promptly. He always advises with knowledge and honesty and has saved me a lot of money over the years. Two days ago my boiler stopped working. Mo guided me to do tests to save charging me for an emergency visit. Unfortunately my boiler was dead. He offered to come the next day, new boiler in hand, and installed it. They transformed our old boiler system, previously consisting of two loft tanks, a vented hot water cylinder on the first floor, and a heat-only boiler, into a sleek, efficient combi boiler setup. They removed the tanks and cylinder, flushed out all the old, dirty heating water, and even relocated the boiler, creating more space.
