I already thought they were great during check ups for our kitten Link but he recently ate some Lily flower and had to spend seven days in the hospital and everybody was absolutely incredible. They were available 24 hours a day, kept me clearly updated, answered all my questions and let me visit whenever I wanted. They worked all through Xmas and were amazing. Not only did they give Link perfect care and love, they saved his life! Thank you to everyone x

Our 1.5 years old female British Blue female seemed to have a UTI (on a Saturday at 8-9pm) so we called the London Animal Hospital and they said that while non life threatening she must have been in pain and they could see her soon.
The vet and the nurse on call were both super kind and would explain everything in details to us.
You can tell that they love animals and are super competent. I couldn’t recommend more this place to look well after your pets

My dog had a heart condition and I got him in he could not breathe air all that was done was medication given. Got him home and one day later it got worse and I rushed him to a normal vet, they did a ultrasound of his heart and x ray of his chest, there was nothing that could be done and he died in my arms Monday afternoon 25 November. My point is that the animal hospital should have known this was very serious. My dog was 13 years old, still got his brother and he is fine.

Excellent and compassionate care from the team. Our much beloved cat Yoshi recovered very quickly after our visit, thanks so much for all the care and support over a little bad patch.

Truly the most caring and amazing vet I’ve ever worked with. They have always gone above and beyond to care for my elderly pooch with so much love and compassion. They helped us through so much when his time came to an end. We are so grateful to have them! Maebh is the best vet ever and Hannah is a truly wonderful vet nurse – alongside everyone else at the practice who we adore as well!

We recently had a problem with our new kitten who had a reaction to booster jab. The team at Urban were so professional and were able to treat her in emergency. They looked after her and monitored her. She is well on her way to a full recovery. Thank you so much.

I have been with my little dog Aki with Snoots for more than a year and i couldn’t be happier. The app works perfectly, there is so much support weather it would be a visit always available or online consultation they offer. I always felt Aki was treated with kindness and well cared for! So happy Snoots was reccomended to us and we will definetely continue our subscription in the future. Thank you to everyone at Snoots from me and Aki!

I used to love Snoots when they first opened. It felt personal, organised and dedicated. However, I feel standards have been slipping. It’s obvious that Snoots now have too many members and now waiting times are around two weeks currently for an appointment. Each visit is with a different vet. On two occasions this year we have turned up for an appointment only for it to be cancelled without warning. Each visit now feels rushed and disorganised as soon as you walk through the door. I just think the company has too many members now which is obviously good for the company but the company is unable to provide the same standards as when they first opened.

We had our first consultation last Sat for a health check and the rabies vaccination for our upcoming trip. We had a great experience since the sign up, the customer service team replies to messages quickly via WhatsApp, addressing all my questions and concerns. The staff in the clinic were also incredibly nice and made both me and my pooch feel at ease. My pup had a great experience, and left with a big smile and a goody bag!

Totally unsatisfactory.
A five hour wait for the ’emergency’ vet .
Some Unprofessional and unsympathetic staff.
No controlled temperature storage on there so called ambulance ‘Van’ for our cat once he had been put to sleep just left on the floor amongsts vet equipment for four hours before arrival back at the hospital ready to for cremation.
Euthanasia equipment disposed of in my bin.
Sent us a satisfaction survey two hours after having put our unwell cat to sleep. Poor communication regarding basic thing about our cat for example the sex.
Sent us an email telling us we could attend the crematorium for the cremation two days after it had already taken place. Inconsistent pricing and very expensive.
Not emergency, not caring, not professional and very expensive steer clear there are other options in an emergency. Only giving one star if I could I would not give that.

The vets and nurses here were so amazing with our pup (a sneaky paracetamol guzzler…eek!) and took such fantastic care of her. We were so worried but received regular updates, pictures, videos etc and lots of reassurance. In a very worrying and stressful time, they took such wonderful care of us. Our pesky pooch had such a blast, making friends on her little overnight stay, here’s hoping she doesn’t find something else to get into to head back!

I went to this clinic for the most terrible thing that could have happened. I had to put my dog to sleep urgently in the middle of the night. He was sick and I knew it was the end and I knew this time would happen, but nothing in life can prepare you for when it actually happens… it is from far the hardest thing I ever had to go through. I can’t explain with words how kind, understanding, and caring Ben was. He stayed with me for maybe 2h whilst I was totally devastated, almost passing out. He made this a little easier, because it can’t be easy, but at this time this meant the world to me. The professionalism of the team, but especially their soft skills to help you navigate this is situation are extraordinary. I’ll forever be grateful, thank you

4 years ago we got our first cat, and I absolutely loved them even when she ate some Lilly’s they were wonderful treating her . And now got my first ever dog so as a first time dog owner I obviously have lots of question, both times I went in didn’t see the vet for longer than 5min and was rushed out the door and then when calling for questions every time I was told it was an emergency which made my anxiety levels so high I even thought about giving my dog back… weeks later my dog is healthy and all the anxiety inflicted by them was totally unnecessary!
When u requested my dog medical record found it disturbing that they put notes about the owner on a document that is meant to be a medical record of your pet.
Totally do not recommend on the basis that they are way too busy and keep accepting more patients than they can handle!

than genuine care. The base prices are already on the high side, and the additional charges made it feel more like a sales pitch than a healthcare visit. I’d advise others to ask for a detailed breakdown and second opinion before agreeing to anything.
I spent over a month chasing them to submit a straightforward insurance claim, only to be met with constant delays and excuses. Despite following up weekly and having clear email evidence of my enquiries, staff repeatedly denied receiving anything and shifted the blame to others. It was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.
The vets are friendly, however what really lets this place down is the reception staff, who in particular, were impolite, unhelpful, and extremely rude, showing no accountability throughout the entire process. If you have a high pet bill and need timely support with insurance claims, I would strongly advise avoiding this practice. The lack of communication, responsibility, and basic customer service is unacceptable. Massive headache – Avoid, avoid, avoid

Very disappointed with the service given at night emergency. Was left in a consultation room for more then 30 minutes. Vet did not comeback so I left. Vet was rude and ignorant had a horrible attitude because I was trying to protect my puppy like anyone would. 1 month and still no efficient treatment for him. And wasting so much money every time I come. I actually loved this vet but just yesterday made me feel very disappointed with the service.

The Animal Clinic helped us to navigate the final weeks with our beloved Pintxo. They were extremely warm, caring and clear in their approach and made a very challenging time slightly more bearable. Special thanks to Helen who was so supportive and comforting, and also to Linda who was amazing throughout.

Cameron sorted my cat (Lily) matted fur- she couldn’t clean her back thigh due to arthritis- he shaved her and all is good now . I think Cameron is a new vet at this practice- very professional and kind vet- worth a try!

Excellent service. My Pomeranian Titan was neutered today at the Animal Clinic, Blackheath. The vet was thorough in explaining everything and answered questions of concern etc., they were very prompt in calling to let me know that surgery went well and what time to pick him up. Thank you to each of you who cared for my Titan today you are awesome . The one thing I would like to point out is that having to travel over an hour away is not a problem at all, but I needed to use the toilet and one lady at reception showed me where it was, whilst going to open the door another lady said you can’t use the toilet it’s only for staff. So where is the customers toilet, there isn’t one??? The First Lady gestured to me it’s ok go use it. My point is if customers like me travel such a long distance or even a short distance actually, why would you not have a toilet for customers use??? For me this is totally unacceptable and you should accommodate toilet facilities for your customers.

I have been bringing my dogs and cat down to York street for so many years well before congestion charge existed! Every vet and nurse are just the best, kindest and most professional people. I can absolutely trust that my dogs will have had the best treatment possible.

Where to begin ? Bruce and his team had been our vet to the late Ralph 10 years . I personally cannot thank all @ London Veterinary Clinic enough for all the care love and attention we received over the many years. As a family we have moved on and more importantly turned our loss and extreme sadness into a very positive platform to help another…. Little Stuart ( AKA Stuart Little), a lovely little Frenchie POWERHOUSE aged 16 months who was abandoned and taken to The Dogs Trust in Penrith. I would also in this commend them for all they do over and beyond! Stuart has had his amazing welcome and is now part of the practice!
THANK YOU ALL FOR WHAT YOU DO TIRELESSLY X

The London Vet Clinic has been absolutely brilliant with our dog. He is a very nervous and they have worked very hard with him to tolerate being examined at the vets. When he needed an operation, they did everything remotely possible to make him feel relaxed, and having a dedicated nurse, with whom he was familiar, made the whole process so much easier for him. I have also been extremely impressed with the follow up care – with the vets ringing us up multiple times to find out how he was doing. I couldn’t recommend the London Vet Clinic more highly!

This is possibly the worst vet ever. My dog wasn’t well so I made an appointment. The female vet was beyond horrible. I then had to return later in the evening and the male vet was lovely although I don’t know that he did his best. I then made another appointment for the Sunday as my dog was still unwell and the awful female vet was on duty (They’ve since parted company with her) and the receptionist said I could go to another practice. We were treated so kindly by Felicity at Streatham and she couldn’t have been so kind. Sadly my dog wasn’t well and had to be put to sleep and they said they would keep him as I wanted to bury him. I returned later in the week to collect him and they were lovely. Sadly I couldn’t leave until the Sunday so I took him to Elizabeth Street which was a massive mistake. I arrived to collect him on the Sunday having called them and was made to wait for 30 minutes. He was handed to me by the most unsympathetic nurse I’ve ever come across she literally handed me a bag with my dead dog inside. I asked where his blankets were and she accused me of lying about them and said she didn’t know anything. Eventually she found them and gave them to me. It was the worst situation ever and she was a complete so and so. To make me wait 30 minutes to collect my dead dog and be so horrible isn’t acceptable so avoid at all costs.

Came in for annual vaccinations and flea tick and wormer. Booked online. Poor small layout of waiting room exacerbated by 3 reception staff/ vet nurse chatting instead of dealing with a walk in nervous dog query. 3 anxious dogs left waiting together in small space for 15 mins was not appropriate. Apparently the online system double booked clients and they didn’t have enough consult rooms because of overrunning decoration from the weekend. Nobody acknowledged my dog was a new patient. They did not offer a monthly subscription service which was on the website. We would prefer to use a vet further away than have this level of service ( which was expensive).

Absolutely fantastic service by the lady at reception and Donna the vet who dealt with my dogs emergency. Donna is 100% a credit to this vet practice. Every step of the examination she explained to us. It didn’t take long for her to diagnose the problem and the medications she was giving. The side effects these 2 medications had and what to do especially if he had a reaction to these. I would 100% recommend this vet practice who went above and beyond with their care in looking after my Pomeranian Titan

I recently moved to London from NYC. My wife and I brought our two cats, one of which has struggled with an illness his entire life. While living in the US, we saw 7 different vets and, at one point, drove 200+ miles to get him help. All of them said it was incurable and we could only treat the symptoms.
The team at Hello Vet immediately ran some tests and determined the cause of his illness. Furthermore, they informed me it was curable. We started him on antibiotics, which he couldn’t keep down. Hello Vet then worked with the pharmaceutical company to find an alternative he could stomach. In the end, they found a medication he could keep down. Since completing it, he’s like a completely different cat. He has boundless energy and is far more playful than he’s ever been. I can’t thank the team at Hello Vet enough. I just spent the morning playing with him and I have your team to thank for that.

I was recommended Hello Vet by my friend Fabio (who works there), and I’m so glad I made the switch. I brought my dog Chester in this week after he hurt his paw — we weren’t happy with the care at our previous vet. Getting a same-day appointment was easy, and the whole team was incredibly friendly, helpful, and patient with my nervous dog. The vets were genuinely compassionate and took great care to make Chester feel comfortable.
The clinic itself is bright, airy, and welcoming — such a refreshing change. We really appreciated all the thoughtful little touches too, like the dog biscuits at reception and the built-in floor scales that made weighing stress-free. Their WhatsApp service is also brilliant — super responsive and convenient. I was really impressed that they even followed up a few days later to check how Chester was doing.
Overall, we’re really happy with the care and experience at Hello Vet. Thanks again to Fabio and the amazing team!

I want to leave a review so that more pet guardians can learn about this clinic. To me, a pet-friendly visit is, first and foremost, about how the clinic staff treats my dog and responds to her needs.
My dog used to be extremely afraid of vet clinics, and the first time we came here, it took us around 20 minutes just to get from the entrance to the consultation room—literally moving inch by inch. During all that time, the wonderful Perri stayed with us, crawling on the floor next to me so my dog could gradually get used to the environment.
What matters most to me at a vet clinic is being 100% involved in the process—that the vets really listen to me and respect my input. Because I’m the only one who can notice certain subtle signs that something is wrong with my dog. No one knows my pet better than I do. And I’m incredibly grateful to Dr. Olivia for always hearing me out and helping me find the best solutions for my dog.
Special thanks to the clinic for the non-slip scales that dogs don’t have to climb on, the spacious and comfortable waiting area, and most of all—for the dedicated room for anxious and nervous pets. Leia and I have spent a lot of time there, and it’s truly the best idea ever.
It would be amazing if the glass panels in the doors to the consultation rooms could also be replaced or covered, so nervous pets feel less stressed.
Almost forgot. The opportunity to message on whatsapp and receive response is VERY helpful. I wish people on the other side could get access to all the pet’s data though, as I constantly need my dog’s test results and sometimes only doctors can see them.

Martina and the entire team are truly phenomenal, they care so deeply not only for their furry little patients but also for their families. We have recently been through a lot medically with our kitten and Martina has stayed by my side reassuring me and asking for continuous updates after my little baby was transferred to a referral centre. Martina and Stefano have brought me peace of mind and are the reason he got through the first 24hours of his fall off the 6th floor successfully prior to being moved to the ICU. I truly could not have done this without their wonderful team. Baby Moon and I thank you.

My 18-year-old dog had a significant build-up of plaque on her teeth, which had started to cause some gum inflammation. I was really concerned about going ahead with any kind of dental work, especially considering her age, but Martina was incredibly reassuring. She took the time to walk me through the entire process, explaining how my girl’s health would be carefully monitored throughout and how the anesthesia would work on my elderly girl. Her calm and knowledgeable approach really helped ease my worries. The procedure went smoothly, and my dog was absolutely brilliant. After the procedure she seemed so much more comfortable, and best of all, her teeth were clean and free of the built up plaque. I’m really grateful to the team at CT Vets for the care and attention they gave us. Highly recommend!

CT Vets are absolutely amazing – I’ll never go anywhere else! Martina is by far the most knowledgeable and experienced vet I’ve ever met. She genuinely cares and always goes above and beyond. I trust her completely with all of my animals and wouldn’t put them in anyone else’s hands. Highly recommend!

The student Vet was very thorough however as expected unable to make decisions. Christiania the senior Vet was amazing and caring natural with my dog which can be aloof. She did a thorough dental examination of the teeth and explained in detail the management and pros and cons. Thank you. The clinical rooms are too small and looked shabby need upgrading. My only criticism is the reception staff looked stressed and not friendly. No smiling or greeting. The front desk reception is the first impression of a place and this has to improve in communication skills and welcoming approach

Beaumont has been our vets from day 1 for our two rabbits. The staff are amazing. All the doctors are top of their field.
Our rabbits have gone through some health issues recently meaning we’ve had to go through several procedures in the last couple of months. Dr Nadene especially has been amazing, I wouldn’t know what we would do without her.

I guess they’re good if you can get in but honestly it’s been a nightmare with the reptile dept. Our snake has been badly injured and it’s been 2 days to get her seen. The main receptionist with the french accent is very good and efficient though, they are lucky to have her. We ended up going private which we found a place called 2by2 which is affordable and gave us an appointment immediately
